Kal Tire Place

The Vernon and District Multi-Use Facility, Kal Tire Place, has seating for 3,006 and an additional 500 standing room spots. This state-of-the-art facility hosts a variety of events, which include hockey, lacrosse, community gatherings, rodeos, trade shows, dances, and concerts. The single ice surface expands from NHL to Olympic sizing to meet specific requirements. Incorporated into the design of the facility is a boardroom used by the community for banquets, birthdays, meetings, services, and gatherings. The second phase added an additional NHL sized ice sheet and seating for 400 people, program areas, a dry land training facility, multi-purpose room and office areas with space available for commercial leases.
