Anagram Clement

Anagram Clement is a 58-unit multi-family project in Kelowna, BC. MQN Architects was engaged to assist the client in a full-service architectural construction package. This innovative rental property mixes an extensive rooftop solar power grid system with largely traditional methods to create a low carbon footprint residential building. Sustainability initiatives include offsetting utility electrical requirements with 50 kV of solar power, and electric car and bike share programs.
