The architectural vocabulary and building language of Predator Ridge served as the inspiration for this project. Designed with exposed truss and wood features, the fire hall embodies the built landscape of the area and ties into the residential features of the community. The Predator Ridge Fire Hall contains two tandem bays for truck parking and equipment storage, a large lobby, and an office area. The hall also includes the following areas for expansion: a training area, conference space, and kitchen.
The new hall is a tremendous public asset for Predator Ridge and Vernon as a whole.
