The Chilliwack location is comprised of three buildings: the auction, refurbishing, and check-in facilities. The check-in is a small building where incoming equipment is appraised. The refurbishing facility fixes up and paints merchandise, and the auction house is where bidding and sales take place.
The design is industrial and modern, with liberal gazing for maximum natural light. Strong lines, and a natural colour pallet of gray and beige is contrasting with bright orange found in the Richie Bros.Striking logo
