This project started as a feasibility study that went through a referendum process for the District of Coldstream. The fire hall was designed in a new location to replace an aged and undersized facility needing to accommodate fire fighting volunteers and their equipment. The facility contains three double length truck bays and room for six fire trucks, along with a large workshop and meeting room.
Our role involved working with the fire hall volunteers and district staff throughout the process, from initial design to construction. The fire hall has been successfully constructed within a strict budget and time frame, successfully meeting the needs of the client/ user group.
