The facility is a 75 unit ‘campus of care’, comprised of 25 assisted living apartments and 50 complex care beds. The ‘campus of care’ model denotes a client’s basic needs being taken care of, and although their health may deteriorate, that they will continue to have needs met without having to transfer to another facility.
The complex care units are separated into four distinct pods, each having their own common living and dining room. All the pods share a common central outdoor courtyard, allowing for both privacy and a sense of community.
